Sponsorship honoring nurses

WHAT IS SPONSORSHIP?

Ogeechee Region Nurse Honor Guard is introducing a unique way to be part of the nurse honor guard process (tributes honoring nurses) for businesses, healthcare organizations and donors. As a Tribute Sponsor, you and your organization will be a critical part of the tribute process honoring a nurse who has dedicated their life to healing others.  Your efforts will allow Ogeechee Region Nurse Honor Guard, Inc. to provide specialized, tailored tributes.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT AS A SPONSOR?

As a Tribute Sponsor, the certificate presented to the family will include the sponsor logo and will also be placed on our FaceBook Page, which includes notifications posted about the nurse being honored. The FaceBook tribute notification is also sent to the Funeral Home Director for submission to the family. A framed “Sponsor Certificate” will be presented to the Funeral Home for display as a thank you for being part of our “family”.

WHY SHOULD WE PARTICIPATE?

Your sponsorship will allow us the ability to honor our nurse colleagues by assuring adequate memorabilia will be available when a tribute is identified: Nightingale Lamp with candle, white silk rose with ribbon, certificate folder, certificate printed for family, framed “She Was There” Poem. Having adequate supply of these items assures us the availability of supplies when needed.  If supplies are not available, it would be difficult to honor our nurse colleagues effectively.

CAN PROVIDING OPERATIONAL SUPPORT HELP?

Your organization may also provide operational support to Ogeechee Region Nurse Honor Guard, Inc. Your efforts allow us to continue honoring our nurse colleagues, their family members and the communities we serve by allowing us to maintain our presence and making our efforts visible. Operational support  can include behind-the-scenes  support in various areas (marketing as an example) to keep our organization running smoothly and effectively.
